Established in 1955, Twin Town Homes provides manufactured housing (mobile homes) and modular housing to families like yours in the New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts region.

Whether your housing need is a modest single-section manufactured home, or a four bedroom colonial, we can meet that need from a vast array of plans and designs.

We offer complete "turnkey" services or homeowner savings through "sweat equity." Every home is built to order, which keeps our overhead low, and passes savings along to the homeowner.

What's the difference between mobile & modular?

• Manufactured Housing (Mobile Homes)
These are single-section and multi-section homes built to a Federal Building Code. The transport carrier(s) are a structural part of these homes, which are designed to be placed on slab foundations, but may be placed on full basement foundations.

• Modular Housing (Multi-sectional Homes)
These homes are removed from their transport carriers and erected on a perimeter wall foundation.
